Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of cleaning and chemical products, Honeydews does not accept product returns once the order has been delivered.
However, if you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Eligible cases for replacement:
- Product damaged during transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Product leakage during shipment
Conditions:
- Product must be unused
- Complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Proof of damage (photo/video) is required
After verification, we will arrange either a replacement or refund.
