Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cleaning and chemical products, Honeydews does not accept product returns once the order has been delivered.

However, if you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Eligible cases for replacement:

  • Product damaged during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product leakage during shipment

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused
  • Complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Proof of damage (photo/video) is required

After verification, we will arrange either a replacement or refund.
